Jordan Breen Show: Hazelett and ‘Shaolin’
Jordan Breen returned to the Sherdog Radio Network on Thursday, talking to standout lightweight Vitor "Shaolin" Ribeiro and UFC welterweight contender Dustin "McLovin" Hazelett.
Breen talks to "Shaolin" about his September 2007 fight with Gesias "JZ" Cavalcante, the resulting eye injury, and the lightweight's road to recovery. The three-time BJJ world champion discusses his choice to set up shop stateside, when he plans on fighting again, the prospects for the next generation of BJJ standouts, and who he thinks will win the New Year's Eve clash between the aforementioned "JZ" and Joachim Hansen (Pictures).
Hazelett discusses his forthcoming bout with Tamdan McCrory, and the fight's promotion to the UFC 91 main card. "McLovin" also talks Lesnar-Couture, catch wrestling, beard maintenance, and whether or not he deserves Submission of the Year honors for his armbar on Josh Burkman (Pictures).
Breen also discusses the weekend of non-UFC MMA ahead, including the debut of all-female promotion Jewels.
