By The Numbers: Philip De Fries vs. Szymon Bajor

All who have tried to remove Philip De Fries from power in Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki have failed. Perhaps his latest suitor can bring something different to the table.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound Englishman will defend his heavyweight championship against Szymon Bajor in the KSW 84 headliner on Saturday at Polsat Plus Arena in Gdynia, Poland. De Fries enters the cage on the strength of an 11-fight winning streak. He last appeared at KSW 79, where he laid waste to Todd Duffee with punches in the first round of their Feb. 25 encounter. Bajor, meanwhile, has won four fights in a row. He last competed on Aug. 13, when he took a three-round unanimous decision from Ronny Markes under the Professional Fighters League banner.
