Mochamed Machaev kept his perfect record intact against Shoaib Yousaf in the Brave Combat Federation 40 headliner in Sweden on Monday.

The opening stanza was the most competitive of the featherweight fight, with Yousaf (7-2) coming for-ward with his striking, while Machaev (10-0) answered with his wrestling skills. Starting the second stanza, it was pretty clear that "The Beast" had the edge over his opponent thanks to his relentless takedowns. Machaev dominated Yousaf on the mat over the course of the bout’s final 10 minutes, and all three judges rewarded Machaev with 30-27 scorecards for a unanimous decision victory.

In a post-fight interview, the Austrian fighter asked to compete for the vacant featherweight belt in his next cage appearance.

The was a lot of bad blood between Anton Turkalj (6-0) and Ibo Aslan (8-1), the two protagonists of the 216-pound catchweight co-main event. Both contenders faced the hardest test in their career thus far, but it was Turkalj who emerged victorious with a submission victory when the dust settled.

Aslan started strong and most likely took home the first round on the scorecards thanks to an aggressive fighting style that allowed him to land several short elbows and a few takedowns. At that point, Turkalj was struggling to combat his opponent’s power and force.

In the second stanza, "The Last Ottoman" slowed down, and it was Turkalj's turn to shine when he ex-ploited one of his opponent's mistakes, took his back, and locked in a slick rear-naked choke at the 1:57 mark of the frame. Turkalj has finished all six of his career triumphs inside the distance.

Elsewhere, it took a mere 48 seconds for David Jacobsson (8-2) to obliterate Corneliu Rotaru Lascar (7-4) via technical knockout in their welterweight clash, while in a 159-pound catchweight bout, Husein Kadimagomaev (7-0) defeated Sven Fortenbacher (3-1) via TKO at the 1:37 mark of the second round.

In the first fight on the card, Zvonimir Kralj (7-3) smashed Fatih Aktas (5-5) in a heavyweight encounter, winning via TKO at the 1:14 of Round 2.
